Sorry friends and family if I elect not to eat out with you for the next several months. I’m done with resetting my body and am ready to do another bout of weight loss. Although I can eat out once a week! Anyways it’s peak dragon boat season and its time for me to get back into prime shape for this years races!!

The end of 2013 long beach spring race. The busiest I’ve ever been thus far… Steering, coaching, and steering, more coaching and of course more steering. Love for my team for making this event such a positive learning experience and for our newbies who paddled their hearts out! More love for my juniors team the Fireballs! I’m so proud of you all!
Wednesday practice! Booyaa!!
Friends and family day! Got to teach new people about dragon boat and how to paddle, played beach volleyball, and simply had fun with my aerofam!!
I’m EXCITED for tomorrow!
So I’m planning to bike to practice (13mi), do our teams core WO, then dragon boat practice and bike back home (13mi). Then what do I do after that?? Anyways, I’m packing smart to be able to have an efficient bike ride and at the same time transfer all my paddling gear to the beach… OH! And I got a pair of polarized sunglasses I can wear over my prescription sunglasses!
