Today was very productive but all of my productivity was in front of the computer and now  I’m starting to get dizzy…Its my rest day so no WO today

Final 40: Day 68

Every weekend is an awesome weekend when you get to be out on the water! Especially for a dragon boat paddler like me that has a family like team!

Final 40: Day 63, 64, 65, 66…

Kind of disappeared from you fellow fitblrs there for a bit… Kind of a slow relaxed less productive week so far… I have that feeling I get before I kick it into high gear into a long haul so not much activity this week…

Final 40: Day 62

Yesterday was pretty chill too and I got my work out in. I filmed practice today and it will be used to help correct any defects in our teams paddling techniques.

What did I do Yesterday?

  • 13mi bike ride to practice
  • Filmed Dragon Boat practice
  • Lunch with the coaches. (Coach Ed bought me a whole pig head cuz he wanted to see me walking around chewing a roasted pigs head) So childish, but awesome! haha!
  • Yogurtland with Annie
  • 6mi bike ride home from Cerritos
  • Helped Linda with garage sale stuff
  • Dinner with Linda and Friends.. Chinese Hot Pot. Really Good!
  • T.K.O. when I got home

Final 40: Day 61

Saturday was an awesome ACTIVE day! I biked the San Gabriel River trail to and from practice! 

What did I do Saturday?

  • Biked 13mi to practice
  • Aero-X Core WO + 2mi run
  • Dragon Boat Practice
  • Lunch at Chronic Tacos with Vivian
  • Biked 13mi from Long Beach
  • Went to a Jessanne’s debut (CONGRATS JESSANNE! Of course for becoming a woman and graduating and good luck in college!)
  • T.K.O. when I got home

Final 40: Day 60

Today was a nice day… IT WAS FRIDAY!! I chilled today but walked A LOT. I also went to Disneyland by myself, won a stuffed Dumbo, and walked around a lot. I didn’t ride anything I just wanted to tour the whole place and check everything out. Can you tell I go to Disneyland a lot??

What did I do today?

  • Work (Long route today, walked for 4 hours.)
  • 50 push-ups
  • 50 sit-ups
  • Disneyland (Walked around for 3 hours)
  • Dinner with Elley
  • Prepared my bike for tomorrows bike ride to practice.

Final 40: Day 59

Thursday I found myself getting back on track with things. I started routine push ups and sit ups which will carry on for the rest of the summer into fall. I feel it just naturally falls into place with dragon boating and I noticed that I’ve been paying more attention and feeding my natural necessities in regards to my goals… AWESOME!
