Final 40: Day 58
Today was national running day and my legs were still in no condition to run. At the same time I’ve been holding off on runs during the weekdays because of all the walking I do at work. Whether walking or running the wear n tear is the same and I’m trying to avoid injury. The last time I tried running during the weekdays I became borderline plantar fasciitis. So provided I hit the gym I make it up with elliptical or cycling… At least the soreness is wearing off today.
