Final 40: Day 29-30
I’m taking 2 rest days after Sundays Half Marathon just to bring my body back into a condition where I can work out again. So for now its nutrition, stretching, My daily regimen is actually going to change as far as WO’s go. My Dragon Boat coach wants to put us on his own regimen and I will also add on to it my own regimen.

What Did I do today?

- NORCECA Olympic Qualification Tournament (Mens Volleyball) Day 2 Pool Play
- 3 p.m. Mexico vs. Trinidad & Tobago
6 p.m. Canada vs. Puerto Rico
8 p.m. USA vs. Costa Rica
Tomorrow I continue with my WO regimen and here it is:
Coach’s Regimen
- high knee — 1 minute
- push up — 1 minute (as many as you can do in 1 minute, all the way up, all the way down. record how many you can do in 1 minute)
- sit up — 1 minute (the cross legged situp that we did on Sunday. If you don’te know what it is, just do the regular one)
- lunge — 1 minute (left foot forward for the entire minute)
- Rest for 1 minute
- high knee — 1 minute
- push up — 1 minute (as many as you can do in 1 minute, all the way up, all the way down.)
- sit up — 1 minute (the cross legged situp that we did on Sunday. If you don’te know what it is, just do the regular one)
- lunge — 1 minute (left foot forward for the entire minute) 30 sec ‘model post’ left 30 sec ‘model post’ right
- cobras: foward for 20 sec, look over right shoulder for 20 sec, look over left shoulder for 20 sec.
