Final 40: Day 10
Awesome day today! Perfect weather, not too hot, slight breeze. I did one of my favorite routes at work and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. But better did come since we had dragon boat practice today. Any day out on the water for me is a treat! Rain or shine its fun!

- This weeks workout: Today I did them before practice. I came about an hour early and did all my sets.
- Side V Crunches X 50
- Single Leg Lifts X 50 Bilateral
- Lunges X 50
- Dips X 50
- Mountain Climbers X 50
- Burpees X 50
- 90sec Plank
- 45sec Side Plank Bilateral
- Squats X 25
- Cardio: 30 min paddling
- 3L water
- Dinner with coach and teammates
