Final 40: Day 10

Awesome day today! Perfect weather, not too hot, slight breeze. I did one of my favorite routes at work and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. But better did come since we had dragon boat practice today. Any day out on the water for me is a treat! Rain or shine its fun!

What did I do today?

  • This weeks workout: Today I did them before practice. I came about an hour early and did all my sets.
  1. Side V Crunches X 50
  2. Single Leg Lifts X 50 Bilateral
  3. Lunges X 50 
  4. Dips X 50
  5. Mountain Climbers X 50
  6. Burpees X 50
  7. 90sec Plank 
  8. 45sec Side Plank Bilateral
  9. Squats X 25
  • Cardio: 30 min paddling
  • 3L water
  • Dinner with coach and teammates
