I wont be here today to post this so I will do it now. It’s a leap year and Disneyland is celebrating it! At 6am today, Disneyland will be opening for 24 hours… I will be there for all of it just so I can say I’ve spent 24 hours at Disneyland!

Sorry after Disneyland I still did the other half of my daily workout and totally knocked out… I mean just threw the clothes off and crawled under the sheets. I slept like a baby though!

Adapting to weekends... HALF DONE!
Since my weekend schedule usually includes practice / outings pretty much all day I had to find a way to incorporate doing my daily “40 Day Challenge Workout” Today I am splitting it in half for now and later. I just finished half my workout for the day!
TWO things are different today, I feel way more energetic and it might be because of paddling in the morning + the conditioning...

So I discovered something WEIRD!
So When I flex my Pectorals/shoulders I get this small popping sensation from my pecs to under my armpits. Its the equivalent of someone tapping me really quick but spread out over the specified area. This all started yesterday. Maybe it has something to do with my 40 day challenge. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS IS?

Other things I am noticing are bulging shoulders, arms and legs. I’m most proud with my legs since its a product of paddling dragon boats.
I’ve always had thick legs but that there my friend is straight out of a dictionary…(definition) LOL

STRETCH!!!
One thing about doing a daily workout regimen is that you need:
1) Rest
2) A lot of water
3) Energy/muscle supporting nutrition
4) to STRETCH!
With your muscles fighting to repair itself and put itself back into place it gets tighter. Nothing good comes out of starting a high impact workout without warming up and stretching. It’s a big risk for injury!

I Found Dumbbells!
So I found dumbbells cleaning out in the garage today… I’m now using them to do 100 reps each in different positions… So far I’ve done 400 reps per arm while I watch “Speed” on t.v…. SO AWESOME!

Today ended up being a pretty hard day… at the end of my route I felt bewildered like Pinocchio when he was in Pleasure Island where all the kids turn into donkeys… of course I was the innocent meter reader trying to do my job and instead everyone turns into asses cuz I happen to be in their way taking 10 seconds of their precious lives…Whatever, I’ll just take my nap. x_X
